Rebekah Bohlin leaves for Peru on June 4.  After a short stop over in Lima, she will be leaving for her assignment in Chiclayo, Peru.

I am sensing that I should accompany her on this first assignment.  My thought is to introduce her to some key people in Lima and then properly introduce her to the pastors and leaders of Chiclayo.  These pastors with whom she will be working in behalf of the children we sponsor need to know of my support and that I will be returning to check on progress.

I feel quickened to go and if I indeed go, I need to buy airline ticket quickly.  Since Chiclayo is such a battle field, I am hearing that I am not to go to war without wise counsel.   Please pray and see what God shows you.  If He gives you anything, send me a quick and brief note ASAP.

Go To: Contact Us for address information.   Please put the words “Bekah Trip” in the subject line of your email.  A brief message from you would be helpful, if God put something in your heart about all this.

I am repeating below some of the earlier details I shared with you earlier:

SENDING FIRST FULLNESS MISSIONARY TO CHICLAYO, PERU
Our granddaughter Rebekah Bohlin is committing two years of her life to live in Chiclayo and minister to the people there as our first Fullness Missionary. It will be an assignment requiring much hard work in an atmosphere of intense spiritual warfare day and night. Chiclayo is known to be a leading city in the world in witchcraft and spiritual warfare.

She will be renting room/board from a family in Chiclayo whom we know and trust. No air conditioning and only one bathroom for six people. It is downstairs a spiral staircase from her bedroom.

Pray for "Bekah!"
Plane and bus fare to Chiclayo from DFW, about $600.00 one way.

Living expenses beyond rent will be about $400.00 ( wise and experienced counsel is telling us to raise this to $600.00) per month.  As a full-time Fullness Missionary, she will have other expenses of ministry to the children and families in Chiclayo.  Pray especially favor with God and man in Chiclayo for Bekah. Some pastors have already told me they promise to receive and care for her. Pray, pray, pray.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Pray for wisdom.
Pray for understanding.
Pray for compassionate love.
Pray for energy and health

TO HELP REBEKAH BOHLIN:  Send a one-time or monthly gift.

The bathroom is down a steep spiral staircase from her bedroom.

Pray for “Bekah!”   The needs are:
* Plane and bus fare to Chiclayo from DFW.
* Living expenses beyond rent of about $400.00 per month.
* As a full-time Fullness Missionary, she will have other expenses of ministry to the children and families in Chiclayo.

Pray especially for favor with God and man in Chiclayo for Bekah.  Some pastors have already told me they promise to receive and care for her.  Pray, pray, pray.

See below for how you can help support Rebekah with a one time financial gift or a monthly financial support commitment.

2. APOSTOLIC CONFERENCE IN LA PAZ AND SANTA CRUZ, BOLIVIA
There is a delay in this conference until proper planning can be accomplished.  Pray that God will put in place the new things He desires for this precious country of Bolivia.  They are worthy of His love and grace.

Pray for the 300 street children in an orphanage in El Alto, just outside La Paz, the orphanage we financially helped in February.  We want to provide help with food and school expenses.  You should see their bright beautiful faces.

Pray for the 300 children living in the city jail in La Paz with their fathers.  It is an all male jail.  Their mothers have abandoned them, are deceased or in another prison.  God help them.  We desire to help the ministry to these children with food and school expenses.

3. SONS AND DAUGHERS GATHERING – APRIL 13, FORT WORTH
We had almost 50 sons and daughters for the Sons and Daughters Gathering and probably over 200 attending the Coming Home Prophetic Conference during April 13-15.   Many are interested in having “Regional Prophetic Ministry Conferences” near them.  Pray with us about this.

4. PROPHETIC CONFERENCES -- APRIL 29 in ABILENE and MAY 6 in HOUSTON
These can be breakthrough experiences for those who attend.  Pray for God to move mightily in these locations to deliver us from where we are to the center of His will on “Eagles’ Wings.”

5. CRISIS IN NEEDED SPONSORS
We need sponsors for the children in Philippines.  We have profiles and pictures of over 100 children awaiting sponsors. In Chiclayo, we have 39 profiles and pictures of children ready to sponsor.  Literally hundreds more await profiling and pictures.  Pastors are helping us.

Pray for sponsors -- $25.00 per month/$300.00 per year.

6. KENYA AND SUDAN GOSPEL, PROPHETIC AND MERCY PENETRATION
Finally we are headed for missions work in Kenya and Sudan.  No region in the world has sent in more requests than Africa for us to come and minister.  Kenya leads all the locations in Africa with requests.  Up until now, we have had to turn down those invitations.

The locations God is leading us to are:
    KENYA
:  Nairobi, Machakos and Kisumu
    SUDAN
:  Yei

We are seeking God for the best time of the year to travel.  It could be July/August or November/December.

We will be organizing an “Eagles’ Wings Missions Team” to accompany us.  I am looking for the best of the flock among God’s eagles this hour.  Are you one?  If you are interested in being on the first “Eagles’ Wings Missions Team” for this trip of up to four weeks, write to me and tell me what God is saying to you about this trip.  Go To: Contact Us for address information.

LANGUAGE CRISIS IN CHICLAYO, PERU

All hell is trying to break loose in Chiclayo over us trying to get support to the children. Remember that Chiclayo is one of the witchcraft capitols of the world. Our first trip there last August was glorious. This February trip was another story! We need you to STRONGLY stand with us as we pray against principalities and powers of darkness that do not want to release these children and set them free to be all God wants them to be. Pray that God will send archangels to deal with the principalities and powers. Help us bind up the darkness and loose the light of our dear Savior Jesus in this city God loves so much and so do we.

It seems that the Lord delivered probably 500 needy children from Chiclayo into our hands. But we needed to process them so that we could properly support them and be ready to help the pastors transform their lives and the lives of their families over time. God gave us the city in a dream several years ago.  Our ultimate goal is to transform the whole city of Chiclayo!

When we returned home and began to try and process all the information coming in about the children, we found ourselves without a translator in Chiclayo to help us. We appointed a young woman who had studied English in college and had just finished her certification as a public school teacher. But the male leadership of the city refused to work with her. We suddenly had a crisis enough to think of stopping the work altogether. But God said, "No. I have given you the children of this city. Do not turn back!"

Our granddaughter Rebekah has majored in Spanish during two years of college work and lived in Mexico for 9 months.  She is very fluent and has been translating "What the Lord Is Saying Today" into Spanish since we began offering that feature for our Latino audience. We are very proud of Rebekah. She is a hard worker who focuses on excellence in her work.

Rebekah is available to move to Chiclayo immediately and will do so soon as we can raise the support for her expenses of travel and living there for two years.

Pray about these things: finances, paperwork processing and acceptance of Rebekah as a 23 year old female Fullness Missionary by the Chiclayo leaders.

APOSTOLIC CONFERENCE IN LA PAZ AND SANTA CRUZ, BOLIVIA
May 18-28 -- David Newsome and I will again be traveling to Bolivia. This is a potentially nation changing foundational conference wherein we are recognizing apostolic leaders and beginning to train and empower them for perhaps the greatest apostolic reformation Bolivia has ever imagined.

Pray for wisdom, timing, favor and finances for this trip of ten days.

SONS AND DAUGHERS GATHERING – APRIL 13, FORT WORTH
Excitement fills the air as a house full of sons and daughters gather all day on this Friday at our home in Fort Worth.  Intercede that spiritual bonding will flow like warm honey.

COMING HOME PROPHETIC CONFERENCE – APRIL 13-15, FORT WORTH
Overflowing church building with people hungry for the prophetic to be put into order and loosed on the body of Christ as God intended from the beginning.   Pray for decency and order, orchestrated personally by the Holy Spirit. Pray for a release of prophecy like never before.

SPONSORS FOR HOPELESS CHILDREN IN THE PHILIPPINES AND CHICLAYO, PERU.
I promised God in April of 2002 when I saw that beautiful little eight year old girl on the dumpside in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, Philippines that I would see to it that she and others in her situation would never have to repeat the cycle of poverty inherited from her parents and grandparents.

We have little girls and boys in both the Philippines and Peru – dirty, torn clothing and shoes, malnutrition and without hope.

For both countries of Philippines and Peru, we are trusting God for sending 1,000 children to school this year. We have sponsors for about 300 now.   Pray for favor with God and mankind!

THE NEEDS
It costs $25.00 per month to help one of these children or $300.00 to help them for the whole year. Just help one! The one that God puts on your heart, the one right in front of you.

Some churches and ministries can send many. Some businessmen, market place apostles, can sponsor many or whole areas of a city.

If God leads you to help with any of these needs, click on this link  DONATE and follow the simple instructions.

WE LOVE YOU! AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
If you could somehow get into our heads to read the gratefulness of our hearts for you…. For 32 years, we have lived by faith here in Texas.  Bev and I left good jobs in Tennessee.  What a glorious and fiery chariot ride we have had with people JUST LIKE YOU riding beside us, cheering and helping us along. TOGETHER, we have achieved much in revival, teaching and prophesying to the nations. Come now. Let us continue. Come sit here in the glorious and fiery chariot beside us! Thank you intercessors, sponsors, partners, friends and family. We love you!

STOLEN CAMERA AND PICTURES

TRUJILLO, PERU

LIMA, PERU

CURACAVI (SANTIAGO), CHILE

THE NEEDS -- WOULD YOU MIND?

STOLEN CAMERA AND PICTURES.  Just yesterday, our high-dollar, Kodak digital camera was snatched from Bev’s hands by two thieves. All our pictures from Bolivia, Peru and Chile were on that camera. Please pray for the two thieves that they will be saved and repent. Chris Luth and Barri Strait took plenty of pictures of Peru. But neither of them was in Bolivia or in Chile. Your prayers of intercession would be appreciated, especially for Bev who feels responsible.

TRUJILLO, PERU.  February 23 through March 1. God directed us to La Vina Communidad Christiana, a Spirit-filled church, pastored by Enrique and Mercedes Allemant. This church is large and very much involved in helping the poor and their children to become transformed by the gospel of peace. They have three primary areas in which they minister to the poor. In two of those, they have provided pastors on site. In one of them, they have built a church. They are well organized under their pastor who is a spiritual General. They have spent all they have to spend.

This work is credible and worthy of our support. They have available to them 500 “love boxes” from Franklin Graham organization. But to receive them, they have to pay $2.00 per box to cover the expensive shipping charges. That need totals to $1,000.00. Each box contains a variety of practical gifts, given by supporters of Franklin Graham’s Samaratan’s Purse, including school supplies (school started in Peru on March 5). We need someone to cover this cost and free the boxes up for the children who live in squatter conditions. See below, if God touches your heart to help.

Pastor Allemant is a young man, but because of prolonged high blood pressure discovered late, he has lost the functioning of his kidneys and is on kidney dialysis multiple times daily. Yet, he is positive and very hopeful. Pray for him and Mercedes and their two precious children. God has great things ahead for them and their work in the city of Trujillo, and especially the poor and their children.

The La Vina church is rushing to complete profile applications for many children, with a picture of each. Each of these children will need a sponsor for the school year. The cost is $25 per month or $300 for the school year of 2007. Can you sponsor one or some of these children to help with transformation of them and their families?

LIMA, PERU.  March 1, 2007. This one day turned out to be quite a blessing as we made connections for the future of beginning a work for God among the most needy children and their parents. The Lord directed us to a mission of Calvary Commission of Lindale, TX where Valerie and Chrissy have build a simple, yet quality multipurpose building right in the middle of a major “squatter” area.

To give you an example of Valerie’s heart, she invited one of the squatter area pastors to lunch with us. His heart seemed so pure. He and his wife give their lives full-time to helping the poorest of the poor and their children. They have four small children of their own. Yet, they have no known financial support. As this pastor was leaving, I slipped a $100.00 bill to Valarie to help with the support of the brother and his family, only to find that five minutes before, she had just given him $100.00. She and I both rejoiced before the Lord for His goodness. The pastor left happy indeed. He needs steady support for his work and has virtually none.

One more discovery. There are twelve very needy and qualified children among those to whom Valerie ministers. We met, at a church service that night, one of the little boys, his mother and sister.  The boy is about ten years old.  Valerie introduced us and told me in English that this family has virtually “nothing” but is faithful to church. I privately gave Valerie enough funds to support this boy for one year in school. There are eleven more.

CURACAVI (SANTIAGO), CHILE .  March 2 through 9. Evangelization and transformation are the great needs here. Nowhere have we been so anointed and favored by God with the people. They have received our prophetic gifting and anointing deep within their souls and spirits. The door to Chili has just swung WIDE OPEN FOR THE FUTURE.   Pastor Mike Sheffield is a key man in reaching Chile. He is to me what John the Baptist was to Jesus. God is using Mike to baptize me into Chile so that we can begin here the evangelization and transformation of this great nation. We especially need your prayers for Mike Sheffield and for the nation of Chile, PLEASE. This could be BIG in the LORD!

THE NEEDS. WOULD YOU MIND? (Thank you for already giving!!!)

REMEMBERING LA PAZ, BOLIVIA: We finished strong in the Lord.  God did a work of encouragement and reassurance of direction in my life and ministry while there.  In the midst of great favor and blessing, it seemed like God unveiled some realities that have shocked and rocked my soul.  I looked into the heavenlies like never before and saw the workings of principalities and powers of darkness.

Bottom line of this visit to Bolivia: a new nation is being birthed even as we speak. God is about to shower great favor on Bolivia as the people more and more worship and praise His name.  A new order of the Lord is ready to be put into place.  Keep your eye on Bolivia for this tiny nation shall be great among nations.

Bolivia is now in my heart forever.  My love runs deep for this people.  God smiles when Bolivia is brought to His attention in intercession.

Pray for the street children who live in unbelievable conditions. Pray for the children who live in the jails where their parent(s) are incarcerated.  They are hungry and not well protected. My heart cries and cries for them.

Pray for the spiritual leadership in Bolivia to have hope.  So many do not have hope.  We did what we could do to encourage and strengthen them.

FROM CHICLAYO, PERU: We have already distributed over 23,000 kilos of rice to various communities, telling the people about Jesus and seeking salvation of souls.  Many, many have come to faith and walk in Christ.  We have good connections with the pastors. Pray for them.

The battles in the spiritual realm have been intense.  Nothing has been easy this time.

This afternoon, we meet with the pastors and spiritual leaders of the city.  Please pray for favor and cooperation. What God wants to do here is so different from what they have been doing in the past.  The old wineskins will probably burst! But God has new wineskins ready for His use.

We have made several new connections with pastors for the sake of the new wineskins so that we can care for the poor and their children. God wants to restore trust in relationships. He wants us to “connect heart to heart in love.”  Only God can do this. We need your prayers.

ONWARD TOMORROW MORNING TO TRUJILLO, PERU: Our team leaves early tomorrow morning for this next stop on our missions trip.  We have almost no money left to buy rice in Trujillo and the leaders are asking us to bless Trujillo as we have Chiclayo.  We need about $1,000.00 more for that.  Pray that God's provision will brighten smiles and laughter in the Trujillo population. We will report again soon.

SANTIAGO, CHILE, Friday, March 2: OUR LAST STOP OF THIS TRIP Pray for our host and hostess Pastors Mike and Marisol Sheffield.  We sense something very supernaturally wonderful is going to happen in Santiago while we are there.

HOW YOU CAN HELP FINANCIALLY: Thank you for already giving so much to bless these dear people !!!  The specific need at this moment is for $1,000.00 to purchase the rice needed for Trujillo.  Are you the person who is to send that donation?

If God leads you to help with any of these needs, click on this link  DONATE and follow the simple instructions.

With Blessings and Love,
Ras and Bev Robinson

-- From LaPaz, Bolivia --
Friday, February 16

PERSONALLY, the altitude here of 12,000 feet and much higher in some places we have been has been a daily challenge for me.  To sustain my required pace, I have used oxygen quite often at our hotel.  The result is that I need solid rest today, my last day in Bolivia before leaving quite early tomorrow for Chiclayo and Trujillo, Peru.  Lift me up during this time, please.

IN PERU, OUR NEXT STOP:  Pray for precise hearing and obeying of the voice of God at every turn.  The same leaders as last August, Gladys Enlow and Hugo Calderon are coordinating again.  Pray for these two precious saints of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Pray for the hundreds and hundreds of children who await us.  BEV IS JOINING ME FOR BOTH PERU AND CHILE.  GOD IS GOOD!

IN CHILE, OUR LAST STOP OF THIS TRIP.  Pray for our host and hostess Pastors Mike and Marisol Sheffield.  Their house was robbed last Sunday night and they lost all their week’s church offering, two cell phones, a laptop computer and precious documents like the pictures of Mike’s deceased sister.  They need prayer and help.  Please pray for them.  Pray for our time with them to be a healing and an apostolic/prophetic impartation to them and  their entire congregation.  Include in that the gathering of many pastors Mike has arranged.  Something big is in the wind!

THREE THINGS FOR PRAYER:

1.  300+ STREET CHILDREN OF EL ALTO.  The church helping them needs assistance with their vision of providing an education and Christian training for 300 plus street children.  The leaders of this ministry are very competent.  They just need a steady helping hand.

2.  ONE YOUNG PASTOR, who is also a medical doctor, flowed in love and ministry with us.  He only receives $150 per month from his church.  His second occupation in medicine pays very little.  He is beginning a ministry to children who live with their parents in the city jail.  He wants to provide them with a nutritious meal twice a week, medical exams and discipleship teaching on Saturdays.

3.  HOW YOU CAN HELP!   SEE BELOW!

SECOND LETTER FROM DAVID NEWSOME TO HIS WIFE PETIE:
Wednesday, February 14th

Today, we will leave at 7:30 am for Lake Titicaca which is around a two hour drive from La Paz.  We had planned to go yesterday, but felt that today would be better.  After praying, we believe that we are not to go for the purpose of attacking the stronghold of the enemy.  We sensed that this is not the time to do so.  Instead, this will be like a reconnaissance mission to gather information for an advancement later.  We are asking the Lord to heighten our discernment and to open our spiritual eyes and ears.  We are asking the Lord for strategy to exercise in the future and revelation to crush Leviathan or any other principality that has a stronghold over Bolivia.  Also, we will spend some time in worship.  We know that worship itself can be an instrument of war in the hands of the Lord.  As we worship, He wars!  We know that worship torments the enemy and releases confusion into his camp!  Remember, how Jehoshaphat was instructed to place the worshippers in front of the army as they went into battle?  As a result, confusion was released against Israel's enemy and they slaughtered each other!  It has been clear to all of the team here that we were to go to Lake Titicaca.  The Lord has made that obvious.  We could have rushed into this, but the team is in 100% agreement with what we will be doing today.

After we return from Lake Titicaca, we will going to House of David Church for their Wednesday service.  Ras will be sharing about his ministry. There is supposed to be at least five pastors from other parts of Bolivia and one from Chile in attendance.  (The attendance turned out to be standing room only.)

Yesterday, Tuesday the 13th, we spent time in prayer together.  Then, we went to an orphanage south of La Paz which is nestled in the Andes mountains.  This orphanage has a combined population of approximately 75 boys and girls ranging in age from 2 to 18.  All of these children had been abandoned on the city streets of Bolivia.  I think the majority were from La Paz, the capital city, and El Alto, located above La Paz.  They are learning respect for authority, personal hygiene and personal responsibilities.  They are taught the Bible and to love Jesus.   They bake their own bread, learn how to sew, learn carpentry, grow some of their own vegetables, and raise pigs.  We were given some the fresh rolls they had baked.  Boy, were they delicious!

I was really impressed with how well organized the orphanage was and that they were teaching the children so much.  All of the children were just precious and seemed to be happy.  They help keep the campus clean and have the responsibility to clean their own rooms daily.  They, also, go to school every day.

The children at the orphanage just clung to the lady who coordinates everything.  You could tell they loved her very much and she loves them in return.  (I am purposely not giving the name of the orphanage or the coordinator.)

After being served fresh rolls with caramel, tea, and coffee, the team along with the coordinator stepped into the prayer room.  This was the highlight of our visit!  We began to worship and pray in the Spirit, then the Lord's attention was given completely to the coordinator.  We laid hands on her as we prayed and surrounded her with His love.  She was so tired spiritually and emotionally from pouring into the children, so we began to encourage her.  Our Heavenly Father told her, "Thank you for serving and being so faithful to love and tend to the children.  I am so proud of you for not quitting or giving up hope."  Her heart broke as she received His words and love.  Deep sobs as He replenished her strength.  His Presence so filled the room!  We were all weeping.  This tender lady had been giving so much.  Ras was led to give her $100 to be spent on her and her alone.  Then, he blessed her with a father's hug.  We thought we had come to look at an orphanage.  She was the reason we had been led there!

After the ministry, she shared how she had all but decided to quit.  She was tired, discouraged, and weakened by the constant spiritual warfare.  But now, she's convinced that she is to stay and continue to minister to the children.  What a wonderful time of restoration and victory!  We agreed that, if our whole purpose for coming to Bolivia was to minister to this lady, it would have been worth it!

Later, after returning to La Paz, we attended a service at "House of David", which is where Ras ministered last Sunday.  We were refreshed by an hour of worship and by a message given by one of the young ladies.

On Monday, February 12th, we visited a ministry in El Alto.  El Alto is located next to La Paz, but at a higher elevation.  To get there it took about an hour via a taxi.  I think these taxi drivers would do well in NASCAR races.  They honk and keep on driving.  The first honk gets the right of way.  I think that's how it works!

I can't recall the name of the ministry in El Alto, but it is led by Pastor Ed and Pastor Samuel.  Ed is Samuel's son-in-law.  The ministry is in the very poorest part of El Alto.  They started building after clearing a pile of rubble.  It's a small complex that covers about a half acre.  The complex is made up of a kitchen, basketball court (doubles as soccer field), bathrooms, classrooms, and offices.

As we arrived, the children met us with posters they had made with special greetings on them.  One of the older children was waving the Bolivian flag.  Some of the mothers were there, too.  Everyone was excited that people from the United States had come to visit.  The children held our hands and gave us hugs.  Their mothers, as is their culture, gave us kisses on the cheeks.  The mothers were dressed traditionally in derby hats and long dresses.

We were given a thorough tour of the facilities, including standing on the third story roof that they are still in the process of completing. We had a great view of the mountains all around us and of the city.  While up there, since we were extra close to God at approximately 13,000 feet, we had prayer for the ministry and for El Alto.  The Lord's presence was very strong.  We asked the Lord to bring finances and food, so they could continue to feed 300 children every day, along with giving them an education.  We asked that they would have favor with the city government.  The Lord revealed that many of the children they are ministering to would someday be powerful ministers for Him.

After climbing down a rickety ladder, we had lunch with the staff.  We ate the same meal they fed the children.  Everyone was so hospitable.  While there, Pedro, a Bolivian who is a vital part of the team, led both taxi drivers to the Lord!  He's very bold.  He's like the Apostle Peter.  Not afraid of much!

The children have really been touching my heart.  The Lord has been touching my heart.  It seems as if everything has been touching my heart!  I don't know what all this touching is about...what the Lord is doing, but I'm open.  Well, I better go.  It's around 5:40am.  We meet for breakfast at 7am and I still have to shave and shower.  I'll probably sleep on the way to Lake Titicaca.

HOW YOU CAN HELP?
Today, I thank you for the prayers and financial gifts you have sent.  You are amazing in your giving and generosity.

Bolivia is a nation about to be re-born into the Kingdom of God.  At this time, I will tell you all I know about what is forming and beginning, but it is big and it is God!  The seed you sow into these children and the critical needs of the poor will be multiplied over and over again.  If you were ever interested in big harvest, this just might be your opportunity.

HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO IF GOD SO LEADS YOU:

Trip to Lake Titicaca: On Wednesday, February 14 our group plans a major intercession journey to the highest inland lake in the world, Lake Titicaca.  It is known for being a central place of demonic activity affecting La Paz and all of Bolivia. It shares the same “witchcraft capital” status with both Cusco and Chiclayo, Peru.

The religions of the Incas, Quechua and Aymara are practiced there.  The current President of Bolivia, Evo Morales, is of the Aymara culture and language.

Quechua culture and language comes from the Quechua Indians and is predated by the Aymara culture and language.  Quechua was the official language of the Inca Empire, which ruled much of the Andes region from the mid-1400s until the arrival of Spanish conquistadors in 1532. These cultures and their religions are still prominent and powerful among the Andean people.

Peru and Bolivia boundaries meet in the middle of this lake. It is connected with other major witchcraft centers in Peru and around the world.

Eight of us will travel there for a day of prayer and intercession especially for the Bolivian and Peruvian people.

Please cover us in prayer and intercession.

 • There are very powerful spirits and principalities already manifesting to frustrate what God is calling forth. Please intercede and make your declarations in the Spirit. A lot is at stake.

 • We are standing strong, resisting the devil and moving forward with God's vision and call for this trip. Send an email if God gives you anything. I am trusting you to clearly hear the Lord.

DAVID NEWSOME’S LETTER TO HIS WIFE PETIE:
David Newsome, my traveling companion writes this report.  It is so good.  I got his permission to share it:

We ministered today (Sunday) at Pastor Fernando's church called "House of David".  He leads the worship and his brother, David, plays on worship team.  The church meets in his parent's home where he and his brother live, also.  Fernando is a young, single apostle who is only 27.  His brother is almost 26.  Both are extremely anointed.

Their dad is a retired Rear Admiral of the Bolivian navy and also retired as an engineer.  He is 79 years old and very much a leader.  The Lord had me prophesy to him about becoming President of Bolivia in the future.  The Lord said it was up to him to decide.  Either way the Lord would still love him, but if he decided to be President, the Lord said He would make it happen!  The Lord told him that he had the leadership skills, the wisdom, and the favor to be President.  ( I guess this would be for the next election because around Jan. 20th, Bolivia just set in their new president.  But who knows?)  Anyway, Ras spoke to him about this later and said that he completely received all of the prophecy!

The Lord had me to prophesy to his wife that she was an apostle...that she was an apostolic woman that the Lord has raised up...that she would have favor in the marketplace and church to minister...that she would minister all over Bolivia, South America, and would open doors in the USA, too.  She began to weep.  You could see leadership all over her and could see very easily that she could serve as a "first lady".  The Lord told her that she would receive opposition because she was a woman.  That they would ask her, "Who do you think you are?" and her reply is to simply say, "I'm just the Lord's servant doing what He has asked me to do."

Their were almost 90 in attendance.  The entire congregation were receptive to Ras' message about Bolivia being highly favored of the Lord...that they were poor among the nations, not highly thought of, but that the Lord loves them tremendously and would use Bolivia to bless nations.  Ras spoke on unity, transformation, and out of Luke 5 where Jesus told them where to drop their nets and because they obeyed there was a great harvest.  The people were so hungry and feasted on the word given.

Prior to Ras preaching, the worship lasted probably an hour.  Almost all were entering in.  The presence of the Lord was very thick.  There were many others whom we prophesied over.  All but a couple were slain in the Spirit.  Some wept, some shook, some laughed, including the Pastor, his brother, father and mother.  The Lord had me tell them because they had received the message from the apostle that He had sent, the entire church had been elevated several levels.  He also had me say that their worship team would be given new songs for the two fold purpose of love and war.  That as they sang these songs God's love would bless them and simultaneously release war upon the enemy.  The Lord said their songs would go through Bolivia, sweep through South America, Central America, Mexico and into the Hispanic population in the U.S.

The service lasted from 10:30 am to about 2:30 pm.   After that, a group of 13 (Victory!) went to eat at the Tennis Club of La Paz, which is the country club in La Paz.  I had salmon, rice and zucchini with Coke.  It was really good!  We didn't leave there until around 6:30pm.

The Lord was giving us strategy and insight on the spirit of leviathan.  The Lord has been revealing a lot to Pastor Fernando.  Leviathan can have, according to scripture, more than one head.  Pastor Fernando shared how the Lord revealed to him that Leviathan was seven-headed and that those seven heads were tied to the seven deadly sins mentioned in Proverbs 6:16.  Leviathan lives under the water.  Remember at Glory of Zion last week that Kim Daniels and Chuck Pierce mentioned demons operating under the water?  The Lord recently spoke to Ras about this same thing and told him that the group is to go to Lake Titicaca.  Lake Titicaca is about 2 hours from here.  It is the highest elevated lake in the world and is considered by new agers, witches, etc. as being the center of the world and a great power center.  This is where we believe a Leviathan spirit is headquartered and demonically affecting, controlling Bolivia and probably Peru.  Part of the lake is in Peru and part in Bolivia.  We will be going to Lake Titicaca to do warfare.  We need a higher level of intercession covering us than what we have at this time.  La Paz means "City of Peace".  I believe the Lord named the city, but it does not have His peace because of Leviathan.  There are 220 tributaries that flow from Lake Titicaca to La Paz.  I think that most of them are underground.  Interesting!  This is high level warfare and very serious!

Also, the new president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, is an Aymari Indian.  The Aymaris were the original Indians in Bolivia who were conquered by the Incas, then, both were conquered by the Spaniards.  The Aymaris practice witchcraft.  President Morales is surrounded by Aymari Indian priests and the Secretary of State is actually a warlock who has established an altar in the palace.  Prior to inauguration of the new president seven sacrifices were made with the last one being a little baby.  They then cut the baby into seven pieces and sent those pieces to seven different places in the world.

From January 24-31 there was like a week long party.  In the streets of La Paz the people worshipped and celebrated the "god of mammon".  There was so much incense being burned to idols in the streets that the skies were darkened with the smoke!  Incredible!  Sad!

Before we left the country club, Ras met with Cristina Mercado, who is the head of World Vision in Bolivia.  He shared his vision and heart.  She was able to give some important contacts to him.  One of those is an orphanage that we will be going to on Monday.  We will leave at 9am.

We left the country club around 6:30 pm.  Went by hotel, then took a taxi to a church in another part of La Paz.  Zion Church is pastored by Pastor Gilban Mercado, who is the son of the lady with World Vision.  Service started at 7:30pm and was over around 10 pm.  Ras preached a message similar to this morning, shared his vision, and met two or three other pastors who had been invited.

The Lord gave me opportunity to prophetically minister to six or seven young people ranging in age from 15 to 23.

Well, I better go.  It's almost 2 am here.

HOW YOU CAN HELP?
Today, after a three hour visit at the La Hermosa Orphanage and seeing children of all ages smiling and looking expectantly for love and help, we prayed and asked God what we were to sow into ministry.  We gave $1,060.00 to help with some emergency building needs.  David gave $175.00 to buy food for the children and then $146.00 to help the pastor and his family because their family could not even afford transportation or have enough food.

Those 300 children still need a steady supply of food and their education expenses.  They are also given medical check-ups annually.

HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO IF GOD SO LEADS YOU:

INTERCESSOR ALERT:
Finding an internet connection in La Paz is apparently very difficult. Pray this way:
  1. Pray that I can find access to the internet daily while in La Paz.
  2. Pray for a way to have each day’s word translated into Spanish through March 9, whether in La Paz, Bolivia, Chiclayo, Peru, Trujillo, Peru and Santiago, Chile.
LET US PRAY:
Please now pray for keen Holy Spirit led connections for the sake of the poor and their children.  And for spreading the gospel of redemption, deliverance and the total sufficiency of our God for his children.

Pray for our coordinator of this trip, Maureen Bravo and her intercessor Melissa.  Pray also for my traveling companion and armor bearer, David Newsome.

Pray for all the children and youth we hope to share God’s love with while we visit the streets of La Paz and the local orphanages.

Pray for the pastors and other caregivers who minister to the poor and their children.  Pray for open and trusting hearts.

HEARTFELT THANKS:
How could we ever say “Thank You” enough for your prayers of intercession?

Love,
Ras, Bev and Kathy

GOOD NEWS AND THANK YOU FOR PRAYING!!!
We learned early this morning that our flights have now been re-scheduled so that we arrive in La Paz on this Saturday, very early morning.  This is a major breakthrough for the Kingdom of God in La Paz.  God will make up for the two day delay in His own way through working all things together for His good purposes.

CORRECTION:  The article I quoted on Tuesday, February 6 was unfortunately a bit outdated and list Carlos Mesa as the President of Bolivia, instead of the recently elected President Evo Morales.

CURRENT NEWS:
HERE IS A PORTION OF A CURRENT NEWS REPORT WITH SOME NOTES OF MY OWN FOLLOWING:

20,000 miners march against Bolivia's ICM tax hike, concession policies
Dorothy Kosich

'07-FEB-07 08:00'

RENO, NV (Mineweb.com) --Bolivian President Evo Morales’ political battles with his own supporters continued Tuesday as more than 20,000 miners from across the nation marched in the streets of La Paz to protest Morales’ proposed ICM tax hike.

The miners whistled, chanted and tossed lighted sticks of dynamite in the streets as they protested a substantial increase in the Complementary Mining Tax (ICM) levied on foreign mining companies operating in Bolivia. The state Bolivian news agency ABI said the protests and accompanying explosions took place at the same time and in locations where children were ending their school day.

Breaking news… our flight to La Paz for Thursday morning has been cancelled and is possible to be re-schedule for next Tuesday!  Gas and jet fuel has been shut down in La Paz and Santa Cruz.

Pray for wisdom.   We were to be in La Paz on the morning of February 9 and leave February 16.  Now the earliest we could arrive is February 13, if then.  The airline admits they are guessing that by Tuesday the fuel will again be available.

God has all this in the palm of His hand.  We need to clearly hear His voice and then obey

CAN WE CHANGE NATIONS THROUGH PRAYER AND FASTING?
Derek Prince wrote a life-changing book titled:  “Shaping History through Prayer and Fasting.”  I am calling us to prayer for these Latin American nations where we will minister in February and March.

·        Pray for the poor and their children.

·        Pray for those who give care to them.

·        Pray for those who give oversight, carry and expand this vision for the poor and their children.

·        Pray that we can purchase far more rice and place it in the poor mother’s hands.

·        Pray that we find trustworthy caregivers and overseers who will keep using the rice for evangelism and discipleship of the poor and their children.

·        Pray for favor with government and jurisdictional leaders for this vision.

·        Pray for our American Team to be Holy Spirit united and led in all we say and do.

·        Pray for a “downpour” of revival, evangelism and power for miracles, signs and wonders.

Look what the Lord has done:  (Thank you for praying!)

BOLIVIA:  (February 8 – 16)

Two La Paz pastors have written pledging their cooperation and support.

From a Cochabamba pastor, shared earlier:  “Just to give you a little point of view from what we see here in Cochabamba things have settled down here.  There were some tense moments in our city and a lot of protest but at this moment it seems that they are finding solution.  We will pray for the success of your trip.”

Another door is opening wide for a ministry in Cochabama in the near future.  Pray about this.

Pray for Pastor David Newsome as he and I team up for this Bolivian trip.

PERU:  (February 17 – March 1)

Prophet Hugo Calderon, Trujillo, Peru is again helping coordinate our stay in Chiclayo and Trujillo.  Major victory.

Missionary Gladys Enlow is again giving overall oversight to our Chiclayo, Trujillo ministries this trip.  PTL.

A Peruvian leader has contacted me about Connecting the Net Peru because he already has a ministry to the poor, their children also.  Pray for wisdom about relating to this leader.

Pray for our American Team for this mission trip to Peru:  My wife Bev, Barri Strait (Worship and translation), Marianela Nagafushi (translation), Teresa Gardiner, Chris Luth, Elohisa Eckman (&) (translation) and Ras

CHILE:   (March 2 – 12)

Our invitation is to be with Pastor Mike Sheffield of the capitol city of Santiago.   Pray for wisdom.  We are finalizing plans now.

CAN WE CHANGE NATIONS THROUGH PRAYER AND FASTING? Derek Prince wrote a life-changing book titled:  “Shaping History Through Prayer and Fasting.”  I am calling us to a fast for these nations of Bolivia, Peru and Chile.  This is a fast I began yesterday and will last until the evening meal on February 8. Will you join me in this fast?  Fasting Guidelines and Details

Look what the Lord has done.
(Thank you for praying!)

BOLIVIA:
FROM A PASTOR AND BOLIVIAN LEADER, RECEIVED THIS MORNING:

Also, another door is opening wide for a ministry in Cochabama in the near future.  Pray about this.

PERU:
A Peruvian leader has contacted me about Connecting the Net Peru because he already has a ministry to the poor and their children.  Pray for wisdom about relating to this leader.

CHILE:
During all this, a leading pastor in Santiago, Chile has contacted us about a crusade in the capital city of Santiago.  Pray for wisdom.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Matthew 9:36 "And seeing the multitudes, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and downcast like sheep without a shepherd."

BELIEVE WITH ME FOR A DOWNPOUR
I had an open vision earlier this week of arriving in Heaven and God saying to me, "You could have done the unbelievable and changed nations forever if only you had believed." In my heart, I fell to my knees and told the Lord, I believe.

Intercessors, can you help us pray for the dry and parched nations of Bolivia and Peru?

Here is how I want you to pray. Pray that God will give a "breakthrough" idea, solution, or "witty invention" that will help begin the total transformation of souls, society and governments. Pray that this "breakthrough" will be simple, easily understood, very doable and will be accepted at all levels in the nations God chooses. Pray for favor with the people of the nations.

Winning their hearts, filling their bellies and helping meet their material and physical needs IS IMPORTANT.  I am believing that God's provision for all this will be abundant, overflowing and a witness to the nations.

There are serious drought/rain situations in Bolivia and Peru. I have heard from the Lord that we are to flood these precious people with the love of God while we fill their bellies and help put clothing on their backs and a bed at night.  Pastor David Newsome and I leave for Bolivia February 8. On February 17, my wife Bev will join us in Chiclayo, Peru. We will minister the father/mother heart of God.  Her ticket still needs to be purchased.

God says not to bring "sprinkles" to these nations, but rather a drought destroying "downpour." So, we need about $5,000 more for the children in La Paz, Bolivia so that we can give and support the work already there plus what God may show us. For Chiclayo and Trujillo, Peru, we need $7,000 for Bev's tickets and expenses, and my own travel expenses. Most of it will go to buy rice and give support for the Peruvians to let them know the father/mother love and care of our Lord God.  Let's send them a "downpour."

Our hearts are filled with gratitude because of your response to the needs in Bolivia, Peru, the Philippines, the Internet and all areas of Fullness in Christ Ministries.

Please let me know what God is saying to you about this mission.  Send me an e-mail and put "PERU" and/or "BOLIVIA" in the subject line.   Go To: Contact Us for address information.

If God leads you to help with any of these needs, click on this link  DONATE and follow the simple instructions.

Your willingness to pray for these trips to two of the neediest countries in the world is very moving to my heart. Almost daily I read of the great needs among the poor and their children. The timing of this trip is truly of the Lord. Humanly speaking, it is not wise to travel as an American to Bolivia right now. But the Lord says go and do it now.

Bolivia has major protest violence in Cochabamba and some protest violence in La Paz. I had planned to visit Cochabamba, but feel now that it is unwise to travel there.  In La Paz, the violence is mainly limited to a suburb called El Alto. I feel a peace about spending my time in La Paz and to also visit El Alto.

A seasoned missionary to Bolivia on leave in America is seriously cautioning me about this trip. But God has not released me from the schedule.

While in La Paz, I want to visit the street children and the orphanages there. God is leading me to contact, minister to and bless the pastors and other care givers to the poor. God has instructed me in what to do in the orphanages. I want to bring the Father’s love to them and demonstrate that He cares for them and carries them in His heart.

Peru ministry plans have changed in the last 30 days. A contact with whom we worked in Chiclayo last August is not going to be there in February, but still wants me to visit his city and churches.  I need real wisdom concerning this situation.

We need God’s strategy! The Almighty is showing me some of the strategies already. Pray for His perfect will and that He will do the impossible through us before the people.

Pray particularly for the “Hope of the Cross” community in west Chiclayo. God seems to be targeting those people, where six pastors were walking in unity last August, for a special visitation of transformation.

RECENT QUOTES FROM THREE INTERCESSORS:

• I am praying for your trip to Bolivia (and the violence breakout there). The Lord had me purchase the book "When Invisible Children Sing" by Chi Huang and as I am reading it, intercession is tangible and heart-rending...praying for you, for them...and faith arising to see God be God there.

• Many thanks, on 21day fast will pray for you for the Bolivian trip

• I prayed for you and I sensed that God showed me the Counsel Room of God, although it looked just like a regular room. There was a map on the wall and someone (I think you) was standing in front of it with a pointer in your hand pointing at it. All I heard was "Strategy." The only city I heard was Cochabamba. I waited to see if I heard the other ones or anything else about "strategy" but I didn't. I felt like I had a release to stop praying. However, I did pray and ask God to give you strategy. I also prayed and asked God to let your medical tests be normal tomorrow and to heal you completely. This "strategy" relates to what God has been showing me in my own area. This year we've had many attacks. The other evening, I got a newsletter from a ministry. I was praying and asking God if I was supposed to be a part of it. I had tried to before but never felt comfortable with it. After this, I read a book on Ephesians, specifically prayer. The person who wrote it talked about how he had been in the military and how the church was going to start looking like a military camp instead of a social club. He talked about watchmen and the need for prayer.
